DRIVER

REPRESENTATIVE

Interact with driver customers, consignees and internal stakeholders to provide information in response to inquiries, dispatch shipments on a daily basis, trouble shoot issues as they arise, provide necessary information to team members and customers about status of shipments and to handle and resolve complaints.

CARRIER SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Interact with carrier customers, to provide information in response to inquiries, properly match shipments to appropriate carriers, negotiate rates, provide information on supply and demand and pricing on a daily basis, trouble shoot issues as they arise, provide necessary information to team members and customers about status of shipments and to handle and resolve complaints and issues with carrier customers.

SHIPPER

REPRESENTATIVE

Interact with shipper customers to provide information in response to inquiries, solicit shipments on a daily basis, trouble shoot issues as they arise, provide necessary information to team members and customers about status of shipments and to handle and resolve complaints.

LOCAL DRIVER

The primary function of the Local Driver is to operate various tractor-trailer combinations for extended periods of time, over short distances between company/customer facilities, terminals, yards or work sites in order to pick up, transport and deliver freight in a safe, timely and efficient manner. As part of this function, Local drivers drop, hook, spot or otherwise interchange equipment for loading or unloading at various locations under varied conditions. Local Drivers are subject to the Hours of Service Regulations of the United States Department of Transportation.

OTR DRIVER

The primary function of the Over the Road Driver is to operate various tractor-trailer combinations for extended periods of time, over long distances between company/customer facilities, terminals, yards or work sites in order to pick up, transport and deliver freight in a safe, timely and efficient manner. As part of this function, Over the Road drivers drop, hook, spot or otherwise interchange equipment for loading or unloading at various locations under varied conditions. Over the Road Drivers are subject to the Hours of Service Regulations of the United States Department of Transportation.

DIESEL MECHANIC

The primary function of an experienced Diesel Mechanic, to keep up our level of commitment to safety and customer service. In this role, the successful candidate will perform, truck repair, trailer repair, and maintenance work in accordance with industry standard. They will run diagnostics on vehicles and work closely with other team members to meet company goals.
